In this training, we will focus on challenging situations in a manager’s work. However, this is a training where we do not wish for participants to quickly implement the acquired skills because that would mean they would soon have to face difficulties. Nevertheless, we approach difficult situations in management like airlines approach teaching pilots to land without a landing gear. The pilot must have it trained, although everyone wishes for them to have as few opportunities as possible to apply their skills.
Training outcomes for participants:
After implementing the knowledge and skills practiced in the training room, participants will be prepared to conduct various types of difficult conversations with employees while maintaining respect for the other party.
