02 Training Supervision for Internal Trainers

A highly beneficial practice for the development of experienced trainers is training supervision for the sessions they conduct. We strongly encourage trainers or organizations who seek to obtain feedback on their training delivery, methods used, or dynamics to engage in supervision with a supervisor.

The process of training supervision typically involves the following steps:

  1. Preparing the trainer for supervision
  2. Supervisor’s presence during training sessions
  3. Summarizing and providing feedback, along with future recommendations

03 Designing Tailor –made Training Programs for Organizations

Another option we would like to present is the possibility for collaborative development of customized training programs with internal trainers from your organization, tailored to the company’s needs and expectations.

All three options can be a part of a comprehensive professional development program for internal trainers.

All three of these opportunities can be part of a development program for in-house trainers.
