The outcome of this development program will be the acquisition of trainer-consultant competencies by the participants, ranging from needs diagnosis to fifth-level effectiveness evaluation, including the calculation of Return on Investment (ROI) in trainings according to the Jacek Phillips’ methodology. Each participant will complete  the Academy by developing their own training program.
